July 11, 2008 Research Park Amphitheater	Outside at the Research Park In 2007, the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts in association with Fox/Atkins Development LLC and the University of Illinois Research Park presented "Outside at the Research Park', a free summer concert series for the general public. The concerts were a tremendous success with nearly 1,000 people attending each event. This year, we anticipate the series will grow in popularity as people become more familiar with the event.

September 7-10, 2008	Advanced Invention to Venture 2008 Choose from six upcoming workshop dates.All of the workshops are followed by 6-8 weeks of weekly homework and coaching. Invention to Venture Advanced Invention to Venture (AI2V) is a highly-acclaimed 4-day intensive workshop which provides instruction, exercises, pitching and coaching, complete with real-time feedback from coaches and in-vestors. The in-class time is followed by 6-8 weeks of homework and exercises, monitored by an asigned coach. The end result is a 15-minute investor pitch and commercialization plan fundamentals to back it up. Qualifying teams will have a panel of investors, customers, mentors and advisors assembled for a 1.5-2 hour investor pitch.
