Randy Johnson is an experienced product development manager interested in exploring opportunities to work with early-stage companies as they grow their technical and marketing teams.  He has broad experience in requirements definition, product planning, software and hardware development, and system integration. He has recruited and led several highly successful product development teams, including geographically distributed teams and multi-company collaborations. His technical experience includes system architecture, telecommunications and networking, complex embedded systems, software development tools, and multi-vendor hardware/software integration.
